The Pregnant Lady Workout


This is a simple workout yang saya buat at least 3x a week. Once dah consistent, badan rasa strong, boleh buat 5x a week. Ia bergantung kepada awak sendiri samada nak buat berapa kali sehari asalkan awak CONSISTENT.

Warm up: Walk 1 mile (1.6km) at brisk pace. 
*15 walking lunges, each leg
*15 push-ups
*15 squats
*20 secs plank, rest, repeat
*15 leg lifts, each side

~repeat 3 sets~
